Xavier wrestling drops Bay Conference dual at Menasha

MENASHA – Menasha won three of the five contested matches and six others by forfeit to defeat Xavier 47-30 in a Bay Conference wrestling dual Thursday at Menasha High School.
Cristian Rodriguez-Salgado earned a third-period pin at 106 pounds and Carson Tylinski had a pin at 144 for Xavier’s two wins among the five matches that were wrestled.
There were nine forfeits in the dual, six by Xavier as Menasha was able to rack up the points to win it.
Xavier will participate at the Sheboygan North Invitational on Saturday.
