Xavier softball rolls past Green Bay West/East

GREEN BAY – Elsa Dvoracek and Mariah Potter combined on a five-inning no-hitter for the Xavier softball team in a 14-0 shutout of Green Bay West/East on Tuesday at Murphy Park.
The Hawks scored five times in the first inning and added three more in the third on their way to the rout.
Potter did the heavy lifting on the mound for the Hawks (5-9, 3-6 Bay Conference), throwing four hitless innings with four strikeouts.
Kaila Stammer, Abby Ourada and Jennifer Lueck each had two hits and scored twice for Xavier.
Xavier will host West De Pere on Thursday at 4:30 p.m.
