Xavier boys basketball suffers close loss at Plymouth

PLYMOUTH – Kayden Schultz scored 31 points to lift Plymouth to a slim 81-78 win over Xavier in a nonconference boys basketball game Tuesday at Plymouth High School.
Luke Oelhafen had 20 points, Logan Ramczyk added 17 and Kyler Bleck 15 for the Hawks, who drop to 3-2 this season.
Cole Hietpas also had 14 points and a team-high six rebounds in the loss.
Tyson Smith added 16 points for Plymouth (3-3).
Xavier host Menasha for a Bay Conference game on Friday at 7 p.m.
