RIVER HILLS – Maleiyah Streck had a hat trick for the Fox Cities Stars girls hockey team in a 6-3 loss to University School of Milwaukee in an Eastern Shores Conference game Tuesday at the Uihlein Ice Arena.
USM (5-1, 3-0 Eastern Shores) scored twice in the opening period and never trailed.
Fox Cities outshot the Wildcats 23-11 in the loss, falling to 1-3 overall and 1-2 in the Eastern Shores. Stars’ goalie Teagan Wilkins had five saves.
Fox Cities will play at Rochester, Minn., on Friday and at Hopkins, Minn., on Saturday.
