United Girls Lacrosse routs Kimberly in regular-season finale

HORTONVILLE – The United Girls Lacrosse team (Hortonville Co-op), made up of players from Appleton and across the Fox Valley, won its regular-season finale 12-7 over Kimberly on Monday at Hortonville High School.

Riley Harris scored three goals, and Elle Chipman and Kayden Smit each added two scores for United (6-5).

Alexis Process, Candice Guerrero, Elizabeth Van Ryzin, Jordan Peters and Naomi Konkle all added goals, and Ally Rhoda had two assists in the win for United. Rachel Racine had seven saves in goal.

United will play at Kimberly for a WIAA regional semifinal Tuesday, May 28, at 5 p.m. at JR Gerritts Middle School.
