United Girls Lacrosse defeats Neenah, loses at Kenosha

The United Girls Lacrosse team (Hortonville co-op) split a pair of games this week, rolling to a 12-2 win over Neenah on Thursday at Calder Stadium in Menasha, before dropping a 10-7 decision to Kenosha on Friday at Indian Trial High School.

Riley Harris and Candice Guerrero each had three goals in the win over Neenah. Kailey Heindel and Piper Johnson each had two goals, and Lyla Cooke and Elizabeth Van Ryzin both added a score for United.

Ally Rhoda and Kayden Smith both had two assists, and Johnson and Harris also added assists in Thursday’s win.

United goalie Rachel Racine made two saves.

Savannah Blocksom and Rae Schoultz scored for Neenah (4-6).

Statistics for Friday’s game were not provided.

The United girls (5-5) will finish its regular-season schedule Monday at Hortonville High School against Kimberly.
