Undefeated Kaukauna downs Appleton East girls golf

KAUKAUNA – The Kaukauna girls golf team continued its dominance this season in the Fox Valley Association with a 162-216 win over Appleton East in a dual meet Thursday at Countryside Golf Course.

McKenna Lowe and Charlie Flinefel each shot 38 to lead the Ghosts, and finished one shot in front of Appleton East’s Jaelyn Feller.

Kaukauna is now 7-0 in FVA duals, while East falls to 3-2.

Alex Simon added a 53, Kahlie Munter shot 56 and Hayley Donsho had a 68 to round out Appleton East’s scoring.

Appleton East will compete at the Sheboygan South Invitational on Monday at Town & Country Golf Club.
