Reedsville surges past Xavier softball

APPLETON – Reedsville scored seven runs in the top of the sixth inning to erase a three-run deficit and defeat Xavier 11-8 in a nonconference softball game Saturday afternoon at Xavier High School.

Addison Hervey had four hits, including a home run, and drove in three runs for the Hawks, who fall to 3-9 this season.

Abby Ourada and Elsa Dvoracek added two hits apiece for Xavier, which had 12 in all.

Xavier will play a Bay Conference game at Green Bay West/East on Tuesday.
