Oshkosh North holds off Appleton North baseball

APPLETON – The Appleton North baseball team suffered its second-straight loss, following an 11-game winning streak, as it dropped a 6-4 decision to Oshkosh North on Friday at Appleton North High School.

The Spartans (8-11, 3-10 FVA) scored twice in the first, fourth and fifth innings to pull away.

Levi Watts had a single, a double, a triple and two RBI, and Logan Hudson had an RBI double for Appleton North (13-4, 11-3 FVA).

Appleton North’s next game is Tuesday at Hortonville.
