Notre Dame, Fond du Lac Springs, CW Storm win championships at 2024 WIAA State Boys & Girls Hockey Tournament

MIDDLETON – Three state champions were crowned at the 2024 WIAA State Boys & Girls Hockey Tournaments at Bob Suter’s Capitol Ice Arena on Saturday.

The Central Wisconsin Storm (D.C. Everest Co-op) won their fifth girls state title with a 4-3 win over the Bay Area Ice Bears (De Pere Co-op).

Green Bay Notre Dame won its second consecutive Division 1 boys title and third overall (2012) with a 3-1 victory over the Brookfield East Co-op.

In Division 2, Fond du Lac St. Mary’s Springs won its third championship in the past five seasons with a 6-2 rout of New Richmond. The Ledgers also won titles in 2020 and 2021.
