Kimberly wins FVA boys golf dual over Appleton West

SHERWOOD – Kimberly had four of the top five scores overall and defeated Appleton West 156-175 in a Fox Valley Association boys golf dual meet Tuesday at High Cliff Golf Course.

Aiden Cudney shot a 37 to win meet medalist honors, beating teammate Riley Schmidt by one stroke to lead Kimberly.

Prestyn Evers shot a 40 to tie for third, Thomas Wendt had a 44, Graham Goldschmidt shot 45 and Lucas Downs 46 for Appleton West, which drops to 2-2 in FVA meets this season.

Appleton West will host an FVA match against Appleton East on Friday at Winagamie Golf Course starting at 2:45 p.m.
