Fox Valley Lutheran sweeps two games at Shiocton Triangular

SHIOCTON – The Fox Valley Lutheran softball team dominated both of its games at the Shiocton Triangular on Saturday, rolling to wins of 12-1 over St. Mary Catholic and 15-0 against the host Chiefs.

Madison Babcock picked up the pitching win in each game for the Foxes (7-2), and had two hits and two RBI in the win over St. Mary.

The Foxes had a combined 30 hits in the two games, with Brooklyn Blob finishing a perfect 3-for-3 in each game with three doubles and six RBI, and Claire Pfrang going 5-for-6 with five RBI.

Natalie Bromm also went 5-for-6 with two RBI in the win over Shiocton.

FVL will host Luxemburg-Casco for a North Eastern Conference doubleheader on Monday starting at 4 p.m.
