Fox Valley Lutheran softball remains unbeaten with rout of Wrightstown

WRIGHTSTOWN – The Fox Valley Lutheran softball team is the last undefeated team standing in the North Eastern Conference after rolling past Wrightstown 10-2 on Tuesday at Wrightstown High School.
After a taking a 1-0 lead in the third inning, the Foxes blew the game open with a four-run fourth.
Madison Babcock picked up the pitching win, striking out nine over five innings as the Foxes improve to 5-0 overall and 4-0 in the North Eastern Conference.
Claire Pfrang had three hits and three RBI, and Nora Probst and Natalie Broom each had two hits and drove in a run for Fox Valley Lutheran.
FVL will host Freedom for a conference game Thursday at 4:30 p.m.
