Fox Valley Lutheran softball pulls out home win over Seymour

APPLETON – The Fox Valley Lutheran softball team pulled out a 4-3 nonconference win over Seymour on Saturday at Fox Valley Lutheran High School.

Olivia Fischer had RBI singles in the second and fourth innings, and Brooklyn Blob added an run-scoring single for the Foxes, who are now 12-6 after taking down the Bay Conference leaders.

Madison Babcock earned the victory, going the distance on the mound. She finished with eight strikeouts and just one walk for FVL.

Fox Valley Lutheran hosts Oconto Falls for a North Eastern Conference game Monday at 4:30 p.m.
