Fox Valley Lutheran places fourth at fifth North Eastern Conference Boys Golf Tournament

OCONTO – Fox Valley Lutheran had a pair of top-10 finishes and placed fourth among the 10 teams at the fifth meet of the North Eastern Conference Boys Golf Tournament on Thursday at River Island Golf Course.
Wrightstown won the team title with a 325, 14 strokes in front of Little Chute. Luxemburg-Casco had a 343, with FVL a shot behind.
Brady Eastman of Marinette, Jacob Zwiers of Little Chute and Matthew Van Den Heuvel tied for first individually with 75s.
Fox Valley Lutheran’s Tate Sauer and Kaden Kusserow tied for ninth among the 48 golfers with 83s. Myles Boehm added an 88, Ethan Ruppel shot 90 and Adam Loberger had a 99 for the Foxes.
Fox Valley Lutheran will compete at the Berlin Invitational at Mascoutin Golf Course on Tuesday.
