Fox Valley Lutheran girls basketball stays hot with road win at Waupaca

WAUPACA – The Fox Valley Lutheran girls basketball team continued its hot late-season surge with a hard-fought 47-44 win over Waupaca in North Eastern Conference action Friday at Waupaca High School.
The Foxes (9-11, 8-9 NEC) has won three straight and six of their last eight heading into the final week of the regular season.
Eden Last hit three 3-pointers and finished with a team-high 19 points, and Grace Meier added 13 for FVL.
Fox Valley Lutheran will play a nonconference game at Xavier on Tuesday before travel to NEC-leader Marinette to close out the regular season on Thursday.
