Fox Valley Lutheran girls basketball fights past Denmark

APPLETON – Grace Meier scored 16 points to lead the Fox Valley Lutheran girls basketball team to a 45-35 win over Denmark in a North Eastern Conference game Tuesday at Fox Valley Lutheran High School.

Eden Last added nine points and Brianna Dahlke had eight for FVL.

After losing seven in a row, the Foxes have now won three of four to improve to 6-10 overall and 5-8 in the NEC.

Allie VanVonderen led Denmark (14-6, 10-4 NEC) with 14 points.

The Foxes host Wrightstown on Friday at 7:30 p.m.
