Fox Valley Lutheran boys soccer finishes regular season with wins over Luxemburg-Casco, Kaukauna

The Fox Valley Lutheran boys soccer team won a pair of games this week to wrap up its regular-season schedule and finish off an undefeated North Eastern Conference championship.
Fox Valley Lutheran downed Luxemburg-Casco 8-2 in its NEC finale on the road Tuesday and followed that up with a 4-1 nonconference win at Kaukauna on Thursday.
Jin Lee, Reed Curtis and John Callaway each had two goals, and Ben Keller and Jack Liebert added scores for FVL in the victory over Luxemburg-Casco.
Kaleb Williams had three assists, Mason Londre had two assists and Sam Ferge had another in the win. Matthew Callaway saved three shots in goal for the Foxes.
Williams scored twice, and Liebert and Ferge also had goals against Kaukauna. Callaway made six saves, and Morten Harlfinger, Londre and Ferge had assists.
Fox Valley Lutheran finishes its regular season with a 12-6 overall record and ended up 7-0 in the North Eastern Conference.
The Foxes will open postseason play at home with a WIAA Division 3 regional semifinal against Campbellsport on Thursday, Oct. 19, at 4 p.m.
