Fox Valley Lutheran boys soccer blanks Campbellsport in WIAA Division 3 regional semifinal

APPLETON – Kaleb Williams had a hat trick and Sam Ferge added a pair of goals to lift the third-seed Fox Valley Lutheran boys soccer team to an 8-0 win over No. 14 Campbellsport in a WIAA Division 3 regional semifinal match Thursday night at Fox Valley Lutheran High School.

Fox Valley Lutheran (13-6) will host No. 6 seed Kewaskum (11-8-1) in a Division 3 regional final on Saturday at Fox Valley Lutheran High School. The winner moves into a sectional semifinal on Thursday, Oct. 26, against the winner of No. 2 seed Plymouth (11-3-2) and No. 10 Waupun (9-12-2).

Myles Boehm, Reed Curtis and Mason Londre added goals for the Foxes.

Ben Keller and Jin Lee each had two assists, and Ferge, Morten Harlfinger, Caleb Shively and Ezra Schaser also had assists in the win for Fox Valley Lutheran.

The Foxes held a 34-1 shot advantage, with goalkeeper Matthew Callaway making the lone save for FVL.
