Fox Valley Lutheran boys basketball stays undefeated with 19-point win over Freedom

APPLETON – The duo of Adam Loberger and Sam Ferge did it again for the Fox Valley Lutheran boys basketball team.
Loberger poured in 29 points and Ferge added 27 as the Foxes downed Freedom 75-56 in a North Eastern Conference matchup Thursday night at Fox Valley Lutheran High School.
Loberger is averaging nearly 27 points per game, while Ferge is putting in 20 points a game so far this season for the Foxes.
The Foxes led by six points at halftime and put up a 45-point second half to pull away and continue their undefeated season, improving to 9-0 overall and 7-0 in the NEC.
Liam Heiges chipped in seven points and Graham Feidt had six points for FVL.
Donovan Davis led Freedom (7-3, 5-2 NEC) with 19 points.
Fox Valley Lutheran will host crosstown rival Xavier (9-1) on Saturday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. Xavier comes in ranked No. 8 in the Wissports.net Division 3 state coaches poll.
