Fox Valley Lutheran boys basketball rolls past Denmark

APPLETON – The Fox Valley Lutheran boys basketball team ran its winning streak to eight with a dominating 74-49 win over Denmark in North Eastern Conference action Tuesday at Fox Valley Lutheran High School.

Adam Loberger (22 points), Sam Ferge (20) and Liam Heiges (17) combined for 59 of the Foxes’ 74 points in the win as they improve to 17-1 overall and remain perfect at 14-0 in the North Eastern Conference.

FVL outscored Denmark (7-13, 5-10 NEC) by 17 points in the second half to turn an eight-point halftime lead into another blowout victory.

Fox Valley Lutheran will ahead across town to play a nonconference game at Appleton East on Thursday. Game time is 7:30 p.m.
