Fox Valley Lutheran boys basketball pulls away in second half to top Waupaca

WAUPACA – The Fox Valley Lutheran boys basketball team used a dominant second half to push past Waupaca 82-63 on Monday night at Waupaca High School and remain undefeated in the North Eastern Conference.

Sam Ferge and Adam Loberger each had 25 points to pace the Foxes, who are now 11-1 overall and a perfect 9-0 in the NEC. Graham Feidt added 10 points for FVL.

The Foxes led 38-35 following a tightly played first half before busting the game open with a 44-28 advantage over the final 18 minutes.

Riley Bechard led Waupaca (8-5, 5-5 NEC) with 20 points.

Fox Valley Lutheran hosts Marinette on Friday at 7 p.m.
