Fox Valley Lutheran boys basketball earns nonconference win at Green Bay Notre Dame

GREEN BAY – Four Fox Valley Lutheran players hit for double figures as the Foxes outlasted Green Bay Notre Dame 72-67 in a nonconference boys basketball game Tuesday at Notre Dame High School.

The Foxes pulled out to a 37-30 lead by halftime and were able to hold on to bump their record to 21-2 this season.

Adam Loberger scored 20 points, Sam Ferge added 19, Graham Feidt had 14 and Liam Heiges 12 in the win for Fox Valley Lutheran.

Adam Guyette led all scorers with 31 points for Notre Dame (8-14).

FVL, champions of the North Eastern Conference, will wrap up its regular season with a conference game at Luxemburg-Casco on Thursday. The Foxes earned a No. 2 seed and a first-round bye in the upcoming WIAA playoffs, and will host a Division 2 regional semifinal against the winner of La Crosse Central and Sparta on Friday, March 1.
