Fox Valley Lutheran boys basketball blows out Luxemburg-Casco, finishes unbeaten in North Eastern Conference

LUXEMBURG – The Fox Valley Lutheran boys basketball team blasted Luxemburg-Casco 87-49 in its final regular-season game of the season on Thursday night, wrapping up an undefeated North Eastern Conference championship season.

The Foxes’ dynamic duo of Sam Ferge and Adam Loberger scored 19 and 18 points, respectively, as Fox Valley Lutheran finishes the regular season with a 22-2 record overall and a perfect 18-0 mark in the NEC.

Ten different Foxes scored in the win, with Lucas Papendorf chipped in nine and Caleb Dahlke 8.

Fox Valley Lutheran will open its WIAA postseason on Friday, March 1, at home against either La Crosse Central or Sparta in a Division 2 regional semifinal.
