Fox Valley Lutheran baseball held to three hits in road loss at Winnebago Lutheran

FOND DU LAC – The Fox Valley Lutheran baseball team dropped its fourth game in a row, losing a nonconference battle at Winnebago Lutheran 6-1 on Monday.
Mac Kramer hit a solo home run in the fifth inning to tie the game at 1-1 for FVL, but the Foxes wouldn’t score again and Winnebago Lutheran plated a run in the bottom of the fifth and four more in the sixth to put away the win and improve to 2-5 this season.
Lucas Papendorf added a triple for the Foxes (4-7), who were held to three hits in the loss.
Fox Valley Lutheran returns to North Eastern Conference action Tuesday at Oconto Falls.
