Fox Cities Stars girls hockey rolls to road win at Madison Metro Lynx

MADISON – The Fox Cities Stars girls hockey team scored the first four goals of the game and rolled to a 6-1 nonconference win over the Madison Metro Lynx on Thursday at the Madison Ice Arena.
Lyla Cooke had two goals and an assist, and Scarlet Pellegrini and Kendall Lindemann each scored once and had two assists in the victory for the Stars, who improve to 2-1 this season.
Evie Mursau and Josee Busse each added goals for Fox Cities.
The Stars get right back into action Friday with a road game at Hudson at 7 p.m.
