Fond du Lac sweeps Appleton North in FVA boys volleyball opener

APPLETON – The Appleton North boys volleyball team dropped its Fox Valley Association opener to Fond du Lac 3-0 on Tuesday night at North High School.

Fond du Lac won the match 25-18, 25-19, 25-23.

Natham Ramus had 18 kills and 12 digs, Charlie Fanning added six kills and Owen Tierney chipped in five kills for the Lightning (7-4 overall).

Appleton North’s next match is Tuesday, Sept. 17, at Kimberly.
