Fond du Lac knocks off Appleton West in FVA girls golf dual

NEENAH – Lucy Nielsen shot a meet-best 40 to lead Fond du Lac to a 175-192 win over Appleton West in a Fox Valley Association girls golf dual on Tuesday at Winagamie Golf Course.

Addie Edmunds had a 44 to lead West, which falls to 0-3 in FVA meets this season.

Lydia Barry added a 47, Anna Blair shot a 50 and Mariah Frase had a 51 to round out West’s four top scores. Ally Koehler also shot a 56 and Piper Weigman had a 75 for the Terrors.

Appleton West will host Neenah for another FVA meet on Thursday at Winagamie starting at 10 a.m.
