Appleton West girls tennis remains unbeaten in FVA with win over Oshkosh West

APPLETON – Appleton West swept the four singles matches and earned a 5-2 win over Oshkosh West in a Fox Valley Association girls tennis dual meet Tuesday at Appleton West High School.

The Terrors are now 3-0 in the FVA, while Oshkosh West drops to 0-4.

Addison Steward (No. 1 singles), Kami Beyersdorf (No. 2), Ella Reetz (No. 3) and Molly Buettner (No. 4) all won matches for Appleton West, with Beyersdorf earning a come-from-behind victory in three sets.

The Terrors’ No. 2 doubles team of Madison Buchinger and Kayda Aeby also picked up a three-set victory.

Appleton West will be back in action Thursday at Kaukauna.
