Appleton West girls basketball drops road game at Brillion

BRILLION – Brillion doubled up Appleton West in the first half and went on to defeat the Terrors 74-45 in a nonconference girls basketball game Monday night at Brillion High School.
The Lions (13-6) raced out to a 35-17 lead by halftime and were able to build on their big lead over the final 18 minutes.
Emma Schuh had 21 points and Camden Hale added 20 in the win for Brillion.
Allysen Buss scored a team-high 17 points for Appleton West (1-18).
The Terrors begin a string of three-straight home games with a matchup against Fond du Lac on Tuesday. Game time is 6 p.m.
