Appleton West boys basketball drops two at Oshkosh West Classic

OSHKOSH – The Appleton West boys basketball team lost to games at the Oshkosh West Classic on Friday and Saturday to open its 2023-24 season.

The Terrors lost to Oconomowoc 90-61 on Friday and Eau Claire Memorial 79-43 on Saturday.

Lucas Downs had 16 points, Parrion Peace added 14 and Braylon Ise had 13 for Appleton West in the loss to Oconomowoc. Lukas Hoffman scored a game-high 31 points for Oconomowoc.

Appleton West statistics against Eau Clarie Memorial were not available.

The Terrors’ next game is Friday at Oshkosh West for their Fox Valley Association opener.
