Appleton North pins eight, dominates Fond du Lac in FVA wrestling dual

APPLETON – Appleton North won the first seven matches, five by pin, and rolled to a 58-24 victory over Fond du Lac in a Fox Valley Association wrestling dual Thursday night at Appleton North High School.

The Lightning finished with eight pins in all, improving to 2-1 in FVA duals this season.

Earning wins by pin for Appleton North were Thomas Thao (126 pounds), Jacob Quella (138), Braden Lewis (144), Demarcus Parks (157), Pablo Salinas (165), Adam Greenslade (285), Kaylee Altieri (113) and Cooper Krysiak (120).

Appleton North will be back in action Saturday at the Freedom Invitational.
