Appleton North girls golf pulls out win over Appleton West

APPLETON – Taylor LeMire shot a 40 to finish first individually and lead the Appleton North girls golf team to a 190-203 win over Appleton West in a Fox Valley Association dual meet Friday at Butte des Morts Country Club.

Anna Blair shot a 45 to lead Appleton West and place second, while North’s Kendall Lindemann (47) and Emily Brokl (48) were third and fourth.

Appleton North (3-1 FVA) will be off until Monday, Sept. 9, when it hosts Oshkosh North at Butte des Morts.

Appleton West (1-2 FVA) has its next meet at home at Winagamie Golf Course on Thursday against Oshkosh West.
