Appleton North girls golf loses final FVA dual to first-place Kaukauna

APPLETON – Kaukauna finished off an undefeated Fox Valley Association dual meet season with a 162-178 win over Appleton North on Tuesday at Butte des Morts Country Club.

Nora Berken had a 37 to win medalist honors for Kaukauna, which ends up 9-0 in FVA duals this fall.

Appleton North’s Taylor LeMire and Kaukauna’s McKenna Lowe tied for second with 40s.

Julia Lindemann had a 42, Emily Brokl shot a 46 and Kendall Lindemann had a 50 to round out North’s top four scorers. The Lightning finish the FVA season with a 6-3 record.

The Fox Valley Association Tournament will be Thursday at Chaska Golf Course in Appleton.
