Appleton North boys volleyball wins all three matches at St. Norbert Invite

DE PERE – The Appleton North boys volleyball team opened its 2024 campaign with a 3-0 record at the St. Norbert Invitational on Wednesday.

The Lightning defeated Kenosha Indian Trail 26-24, 25-22, Wilmot 25-15, 23-25, 15-4, and Franklin 25-22, 26-24, to win the team title.

Nathan Ramus had 49 kills and 12 digs, Owen Tierney added 16 kills, setters Saolai Thao and Spencer Munson had 43 and 35 assists, respectively, and Landon Kue led the North defense with 36 digs.

Charlie Fanning added 10 kills and six service aces for the Lightning.

Appleton North will be back in action Saturday at the Kettle Moraine Invitational.
