Appleton North boys volleyball sweeps Appleton West in regular-season finale

APPLETON – Appleton North swept Appleton West 3-0 in a boys volleyball regular-season finale Monday night at Appleton West High School.

North won 25-12, 25-15, 25-19, to finish the Fox Valley Association season with a 5-2 record. Appleton West ends up 2-5.

Nathan Ramus had 15 kills, Sam Kuehl added nine kills, Landon Kue had 16 digs, Spencer Munson 21 assists and Saolai Thao had 18 assists for the Lightning.

West statistics were not provided.

The two teams will meet again Friday in a WIAA regional final at Appleton North.
