Appleton North boys basketball blasts Oshkosh West

APPLETON – The Appleton North boys basketball team rolled out to a 27-point lead by halftime and rolled past Oshkosh West 71-44 in a Fox Valley Association game Friday night at Appleton North High School.
The Lightning had little trouble early, going up 41-14 by halftime, and cruised to their third win in a row and fifth in their last six games.
Grant Hardy nailed five 3-pointers and scored a team-high 18 points, and Abraham Tomori added 14 in the victory for Appleton North (12-4, 9-3 FVA).
The Lightning host Oshkosh North on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
