Appleton East’s Feller, Appleton North’s LeMire earn top-five finishes at Fond du Lac Girls Golf Invitational

FOND DU LAC – Appleton East’s Jaelyn Feller and Appleton North’s Taylor LeMire earned top-five finishes at the Fond du Lac Girls Golf Invitational on Saturday at Rolling Meadows Golf Course.
Addison Johannes of Hartland Arrowhead won medalist honors with a 70, helping the Warhawks to the team title.
Feller finished second with a 74 and LeMire tied for third with a 77.
Appleton North finished third in team standings with a 364, while East only had three competitors at the meet.
North’s Emily Brokl and East’s Alexandra Simon finished in a three-way tie for 16th with 91s.
Appleton East will host Appleton North in a Fox Valley Association dual Monday at Reid Golf Course starting at 3:30 p.m.
