Appleton East girls golf wins FVA opener over Fond du Lac

APPLETON – Jaelyn Feller shot a four-over par 40 to earn medalist honors and lift the Appleton East girls golf team to a 207-237 victory over Fond du Lac in its Fox Valley Association dual meet opener Tuesday at Reid Golf Course.

Alex Simon added a 49 and Addi Baier had a 53 for the Patriots.

Appleton East is back in action Friday at High Cliff Golf Course in Sherwood against Kimberly in another FVA dual match.
