Appleton East boys golf earns close dual meet win over Oshkosh North

APPLETON – The Appleton East boys golf team pulled out a 167-170 victory over Oshkosh North in a Fox Valley Association dual Wednesday at Reid Golf Course.

Jadon Geerts of Appleton East and Christian Geffers of Oshkosh North both shot 40 to tie for medalist honors.

Owen Lutes and Landon Hill both fired 42s, Kenny Kampheim had a 43 and Alex Gilmeister had a 45 to round out East’s scoring.

Appleton East (4-4 FVA) finishes its conference dual meet schedule at Hortonville at Grand View Golf Club on Friday at 3 p.m.
