Appleton East boys basketball grabs road win at Bay Port

SUAMICO – The Appleton East boys basketball team outscored Bay Port by five points in each half and pulled off a 68-58 nonconference win on Tuesday at Bay Port High School.
Cade Prestigiacomo had 24 points and Joey LaChapell scored 20 in the win for the Patriots, who are now 2-1 this season.
East led 30-25 at halftime and held on with a five-point advantage in the second half.
Grayson Kasmarek chipped in 10 points in the win for the Patriots.
Appleton East returns to Fox Valley Association play Friday at home against Kaukauna. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
