Appleton East baseball routs Oshkosh West

OSHKOSH – Cade Prestigiacomo threw a five-inning two-hit shutout as the Appleton East baseball team rolled over Oshkosh West 13-0 in a Fox Valley Association game Friday at Peppler Field.
Jackson Bines-Sabrowsky had three hits, scored three times and drove in two, and Daniel Dieck, Rylan Winkler and Mason Winkler all knocked in two runs as well for Appleton East, which improves to 4-9 overall and 3-7 in the FVA.
Prestigiacomo finished with three strikeouts and one walk, giving up two harmless singles as the Patriots plated multiple runs in four of their five at-bats.
Appleton East’s next game is Tuesday at home against Kimberly.
