Dean scores six goals as Appleton United boys lacrosse dominates Notre Dame

GREEN BAY – The Appleton United boys lacrosse team won its fifth-straight game to start the season with an 11-1 rout of Green Bay Notre Dame on Wednesday at Notre Dame High School.

Tristan Dean scored a career-high six goals and Roen Willis added a pair of scores for Appleton, which improves to 5-0 overall and 3-0 in the Bay Valley Conference.

Jaylen Kempfer, Jayden Golding and Brody Olp each scored a goal in the win for Appleton.

Appleton United is back in action Friday at home against Mukwonago. Game time is 7 p.m. at Pickett Field at Appleton East High School. The laxnumbers.com state rankings have Appleton ranked No. 1 and Mukwonago at No. 5.
