Arrowhead edges Fox Cities Stars girls hockey

HARTLAND – The Fox Cities Stars girls hockey team saw its four-game winning streak end with a hard-fought 2-1 loss to Hartland Arrowhead in an Eastern Shores Conference game Tuesday at the Mullett Ice Center.
Kailey Heindel scored a power-play goal midway through the second period to tie the game at 1-1 for the Stars, but Arrowhead pulled back ahead three minutes later on a goal from Emmerson Berger and held on from there.
Fox Cities falls to 9-5 overall and 1-3 in Eastern Shores play with the loss.
The Stars will play another Eastern Shores Conference game at Wilson Park in Milwaukee against Brookfield on Friday at 7 p.m.
