Fox Valley Lutheran boys basketball earn home win over Denmark

APPLETON – The Fox Valley Lutheran boys basketball surged out to a 14-point first-half lead and finished off Denmark 72-63 in a North Eastern Conference game Tuesday at Fox Valley Lutheran High School.
The Foxes led 40-26 at halftime and held on despite Denmark outscoring them by five in the second half, and improve to 4-1 overall and 3-1 in the NEC.
Lucas Papendorf poured in 25 points and Caleb Dahlke made four 3-pointers to finish with 14 points to lead Fox Valley Lutheran.
FVL hosts Luxemburg-Casco on Thursday.
