Appleton West boys basketball loses home game to Kimberly

APPLETON – Kimberly ran out to a 17-point halftime lead and were able to finish off an 84-61 win over Appleton West in a Fox Valley Association boys basketball game Tuesday night at Appleton West High School.
The Papermakers led 45-28 at the break and outscored Appleton West by six in the second half to win their first FVA game of the season (2-3, 1-2 FVA).
Ben Grabner scored 21 points and Landen Van Offeren added 16 for Kimberly.
Reid Hinkens finished with 15 points, Braylon Ise had 13 and Parrion Peace 10 for the Terrors (1-4, 0-3 FVA).
Appleton West hosts Fond du Lac on Friday.
