Fox Valley Lutheran earns two top-10 finishes at North Eastern Conference Cross Country Meet at UWGB

GREEN BAY – Rowen Volhard and Mason Dobberstein had top-10 finishes for Fox Valley Lutheran at the 2024 North Eastern Conference Cross Country Meet on Friday at the Shorewood Cross Country Course at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.

The Fox Valley Lutheran boys finished fourth and the girls took fifth place in the team standings, which were both won by Little Chute.

Dobberstein placed 10th in 18:06.9 to lead the FVL boys. Henry Laabs finished 23rd in 19:01.2 and Lincoln Boehm was 28th in 19:31.5 as well for the Foxes.

Volhard had a top-10 finish for the FVL girls, taking eighth in 21:14.1 Anna Feuerstahler finished 15th in 21:48.2 and Lake Curtis was 29th in 23:14.6 for the Foxes.

Fox Valley Lutheran will compete at a WIAA Division 2 sectional at Kiel High School on Friday, Oct. 25.
