Xavier earns three top-30 finishes at Rosholt Trebs Cross Country Invite

ROSHOLT – The Xavier girls placed ninth and the boys took 13th at the Rosholt Trebs Cross Country Invitational on Saturday at Rosholt High School.

Eighteen complete teams competed in each race, with the Kohler boys and Stevens Point girls taking team titles.

Luke Eiden of Stevens Point Pacelli won the boys race in 16:02.77, eight seconds in front of Kohler’s Ben Regnitter.

Kyle Watry finished 39th in 17:05.11 and Drew Magnuson was 51st in 18:26.98 for the Xavier boys.

Maggie Behler of Kohler won the girls race in 18:07.00, nearly one minute ahead of Erin Moore of Oshkosh Lourdes (19:00.49).

Noelle Nevins led the Xavier girls, taking 24th in 21:12.42, and Lily McHugh finished 36th in 21:53.23.

Xavier will compete at the Waupaca Invitational on Thursday.
