Appleton East/Hortonville/Kaukauna girls swimming wins two events in dual loss to Fond du Lac

APPLETON – The Appleton East/Hortonville/Kaukauna girls swim team only won two events and dropped a 95-80 decision to Fond du Lac in a Fox Valley Association dual Tuesday at Appleton East High School.

Ava Strassburg won the diving competition with a score of 218.00 and Nora Boucher took first in the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:19.18 for East/Hortonville/Kaukauna’s two event victories.

Appleton East/Hortonville/Kaukauna is now 0-3 in FVA duals and will be back in action next Tuesday, Oct. 1, at Oshkosh West.
