Undefeated Wrightstown shuts out Fox Valley Lutheran baseball

WRIGHTSTOWN – Aiden Humphreys struck out nine in a complete-game shutout as Wrightstown blanked Fox Valley Lutheran 3-0 in a North Eastern Conference baseball game Monday at Wrightstown High School.

Humphreys allowed just one walk and scattered six hits for the Tigers, who remain unbeaten at 6-0 overall and 5-0 in the NEC with the home win.

Josiah Robbert suffered the loss for the Foxes (3-3 overall and NEC), giving up three runs and nine hits in 5 2/3 innings. He finished with six strikeouts.

Lucas Papendorf had two of FVL’s hits.

The two teams will play again Tuesday at Fox Valley Lutheran starting at 4:30 p.m.
